I’m feeling a little more PATIENT today than I was yesterday!  After a new haircut and highlight to cover the gray, lots of laundry folded and put away, "hello dollie" cookies made (mmmm…), and a holiday party for me and Derek tonight (first time to go out together in ummm…months), I’m feeling better.  Tired, but better.

One of our baby traditions is to guess the date, weight and length as a family and record our guesses.  We’re rarely, if ever, right.  But it’s fun to do anyway.  Here they are:

Meredith – Dec 22nd (Jacob is 9/22, Caleb is 7/22, wouldn’t it be fun to have them all 22nd babies!), 7 lbs, 10 oz, 19.5 inches long (I cheated and just took the median average of the other two boys!)

Derek – Dec 28th, 7 lbs 4 oz, 19 inches

Jacob – Jan 1st, 7 lbs 2 oz (his original guess was 9 lbs 6 oz…I quickly told him that I DON’T have babies that big and he looked at me and said "Mom, it’s my guess.", but then he changed it), 18.5 inches

Caleb – Jan 3rd, 8 lbs 1 oz, 18 inches ("Caleb those are good guesses", I said.  "Of course, mom…I’m the baby expert.")

Care to take any guesses?!?

I’m sticking with December 26 with a weight of 7 lbs. 1 oz and 18.5 inches long. Do I get a prize if I’m the closest? What’s the prize? Nana

I will leave the weight and measurements for the experts, but I am willing to bet his head will be GINORMOUS!
