Meredith – Chris Williams personifies the very essence of forgiveness. He has lightened the sadness in his very heart and soul by forgiving. “For it is pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life”. I have taken that part out of context of St. Francis of Assissi’s Prayer for Peace, but this is what came to me while watching the video. Forgiveness not only lightens the heart of the person who did wrong, it also lightens the heart of the person who was wronged.
