Caleb has strep throat! AARRRGHHH!! I thought having his tonsils out was supposed to eliminate this possiblity – I guess not. 😦

So sorry for sweet Caleb. I wonder if his immune system is just struggling because of fighting the mono. This is such a great photo of “suffering”. Those eyes . . . Love it.

Poor kid! I just went to this amazing health seminar last night, and the pediatrician talked briefly about strep. In case you wondered, you can try grapefruit seed extract (I think that’s what it’s called, they have it at the health market). It’s a holistic approach for kids who can’t do antibiotics, but certainly anyone could try it. Also, you can boost his body up with JP, probiotics, and fish/flax oil. Maybe that will keep the strep at bay? Poor kid! Hang in there Caleb!
