That's what they yell every week at Caleb's taekwondo class.  I finally broke down, after years of the kids begging me to take a martial art.  With classes twice a week, it always seemed like a daunting commitment.  But it felt right to let Caleb try it this year.  And I am SO glad we did.  He loves it!  His confidence is soaring.  His teacher, Ms Vasquez, is wonderful.  She and her husband and son own this top-notch academy, and I am so pleased.  It seems be a great balance of fun and discipline.  Plus, it's only 5 minutes from the house.  Caleb is not very competitive, so he got lost in the team sports.  So far, this seems to be a perfect fit for him.  And he's pretty cute in that uniform!
