My pop culture consultant has let me know that in a previous post I incorrectly attributed the song "We Are Family" to Diana Ross and the Supremes (which seemed fishy even as I typed it).  The correct attribution would be to the ever-famous SISTER SLEDGE group (never heard of ’em).  But upon further investigation, it’s also important to note that the POINTER SISTERS also recorded a version of it (those girls I know, since I happened to perform one of their songs in a 7th grade musical, thank you very much).  I’ve listened to both versions and am still not sure which version they play at Jacob’s school each week, but we’ll go with Sister Sledge.  Thank you, Steve!
